Nothing that I can recall

- Lacks empathy as a company - There is no connect with seniors and juniors - The management doesn't really care about your well being and won't show any kind of empathy even during a pandemic state - They won't pay your salary even for a stretch of 2 months during a pandemic and will simply ask you to plan your financials accordingly - No incentives at all, they don't compensate you for the quality of work you bring onboard. It is only about doing the work and no compensation
