Pros
Company is small enough so that you know every single person in the office. As a result there is a tight knit family vibe where designers and animators play alongside developers and producers. It's a fairly flat hierarchy meaning everyone is largely accountable for their own work. On the whole people are happy, enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. I appreciated the casual atmosphere and this is extended to those that run the company.
Cons
Budgets can be tighter in the museum/cultural industry, which puts a strain on resourcing.
