Pros
Healthy communication and processes are taken very seriously. I had to adapt quickly and change the way I share ideas and opinions... for the best. I was very blunt and subjective and I am truly thankful for the help I got from leadership to learn better ways. Everybody working here are very smart and proactive which is nice. The VP of Eng is brilliant and super helpful which is rare nowadays.
Cons
It is very demanding. There is no time to take it easy over here. Sprints are created in way in which as soon as you complete a ticket you need to move to the next. Status updates are expected daily, sometimes twice a day depending on the project. Very agile which falls a bit into micromanaging from time to time. Even though proactive and objective communication is encourage there are still a couple of people in leadership who are passive-aggressive which honestly gets on my nerve from time to time.
