Pros

Flexibility, freedom, great benefits, and hybrid positions available

Cons

Work-life balance. The workload is great. Just because you work remotely doesn't mean it's a walk in the park. You are obligated to your clients and if the work is not done, it will be waiting for you when you return. Can be very stressful and overwhelming.

Pros

Very collaborative team across all business types.

Cons

Human Resources. Individuals who aren't putting in the effort or who are consistently underperforming are not facing any penalties or repercussions for their actions. The lack of consequences for poor behavior can be quite disheartening for those who are dedicated and working hard and those who don't should be held to the same standards of accountability.

Pros

Flexibility. Amazing boss. Enjoy our local team.

Cons

Very corporate. Stripping away offerings to clients especially if they don’t fall within a revenue or size but retention is key for 2026. All the external teams of NFP get to push back on their responsibilities which ends up on the benefits teams plate. The catch all department. True feeling of do less with more. Ex: The NEW communications team only offers digital benefit guides. Nothing more. So design, formatting, creativity lands back on the benefits team. No more customization for our clients.
