Pros

Hybrid work home office. Better than average benefits.

Cons

Not people first employer, one of the worst organization I have ever been employed. Unfortunately NFP made many acquisitions and had no respect for the employees that had been employed for many years. 75% left or were fired. Ones left were stuck holding the fort!

Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
