      Relatively chill job (keyword relatively)

      Cons

      Low pay Low support Borderline hostile environment: management was always on a power trip Huge pay discrepancies amongst people with the same title and responsibilities I had a degree while my successor (not predecessor successor) didn't and yet they got paid 30+% more than I did for the same responsibilities. Different title and pay for people working with the same job responsibilities Blatant rampant nepotism

      Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
