We agree we’re fortunate to have such exceptional colleagues. During the pandemic NFP implemented a Blended Workplace Program that’s a blend of remote, hybrid and in-person work in our offices. We’ve worked hard to create a flexible work environment and place a high value on our relationships with each other.
