Pros

- They offer comparable benefits to most other companies. - Efforts seem like they're being made towards Diversity and Inclusion

Cons

- Severe disconnect between management and their teams - Pay is terrible compared to most other insurance brokerages - Loyalty gets you nothing beyond cost of living increases that every other employee receives - Nepotism runs wild in some departments - New employees get significantly higher pay than current, more experienced staff - Promise career growth opportunities and development, but fail to deliver - High employee turn-over rates - Push extra roles and responsibilities on staff without compensation

Pros

Remote work available, summer hours

Cons

Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
