Good technology and resources for retirement plan advisors

Cons

National compensation grid is 40% on revenue the 1st year and 25% on revenue in other years for retirement plan advisors. This grid compensation is not in line with other RIAs or Retirement Plan Advisors in the marketplace. Most advisors in the market place are paid 35% in all years.

Remote work available, summer hours

Cons

Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
