Management in the Bethesda Office is unorganized and toxic. The setting is work life balance but the when the Manager circles your cubicle as if they are marking your territory, falsely accuse your work as being undone, and literally says negative things behind closed doors about other employees. When the employee who has been with the company longest is unhappy. Instead of having her quitly exit the facility, they should investigate management and have HR do an assessment. Upper Management lack of involvement shows they do not value their employees unless you are on a producing level. The Bethesda, MD office is very toxic and the environment is very unbalanced.
