Team not competent enough Felt like working in a factory as a labour, rather than problem solving Too hierarchical

NFON is a great company to work at. They have a great sense of schedule for their projects. Their delivery is great, communication between teams is great. I sensed an enhancement in C level decisions in these years I worked there.

Flexibility for new ideas is a bit stiff and takes a long time to turn around. Projects I imagined could improve the company's products never took off because of lack of manpower/will to do them.
