      The flexibility of choosing a location makes the convenience of meeting Time constraints easier.

      Cons

      Schedules are set and not adjustable towards your schedule. If you want full time get a second job.

      Pros

      Good opportunity if you are looking to get into concierge work.

      Cons

      They do not pay time and half for holidays and are not transparent about it. The only way to get an increase is if you get promoted. The benefits are extremely expensive. The company will not support you if the residents are disrespectful and/or the building management is not reasonable.
