Pros
Hybrid/fully remote work model. If you live in a cheap country the salary could be worth it. Reasonable work/life balance with 8 hour days. Managers/owners are competent, smart and generally good at managing day to day tasks.
Cons
Don't expect to deliver on any of their promises, especially the ones related to permanent contracts or stock options. They fire people around the end of their 3rd year so they don't have to make them permanent. As a result, there is no team spirit as the lineup changes all the time. Don't expect any reward for your extra effort/initiative. Product is challenging enough so if you can work on this company, you are definitely able to work somewhere that pays you much better, or you have a real chance for a long-term position.
