Big team, lots of people to learn from. Structured training and career advancement routes Put quite a lot of effort into team building events

Cons

- Sales vs. recruitment mentality - Lots of middle managers who do nothing - People have been promoted into roles that didn't need to be created doing less work while recruiters burn themselves out and get the blame for everything. - High staff turnover
