      Good bonuses beyond the basic salary, flexible shifts, ability to take extra shifts on Marketplace.

      Cons

      Being expected to work more than your contract hours (can be a positive to some), some individual members of staff treat the younger members of staff with some contempt. Fine if you aren't easily upset but if you are you may not like it.
