      Pros

      I live in germany, and the pay was good for where I live. My store didnt push for sales or to bug customers. My manager was amazing. You get 75% off to buy clothes to wear at work.

      Cons

      Sometimes boring to stand on your feet all day. The store shut down due to insufficient sales I think.
