Pros
I have been working as a Sales Consultant for 8 years at Next and I have really enjoyed working here without a doubt. It is an excellent high street retail shop to work for. Very lively working environment and they do care about employees allowing you to work around your social life and they are very supportive. Most of the managers are great but some are quite stuck up. 25% employee discount is a very good bonus and you get the first pick of the sales stock which is absolutely amazing!
Cons
There were a few things that were quite annoying! For example, the stores were really understaffed and it was extremely disorganised because of the online shift exchange app. Hourly pay could increase a little for some stores and some positions.
