Benefits.. staff discounts, extra day holiday for every year .. nursery on site ... car share incentives ... company cars for management .. staff perks discounts .. pensions.
Cons
People have been there to long and are stuck in their ways. Structure needs to be flattened and management need to empower staff as it doesn’t allow teams to react quickly. HR team never fully close cases and I don’t feel they give enough support when you need them.
