Pros
While I appreciate the opportunities I’ve had, I have found that at times management can be strict, and there seems to be limited consideration for employees’ work-life balance. I also feel that more structured training or shadowing could be beneficial. On a positive note, a few colleagues were friendly, and I enjoyed occasional chats with them. I’m naturally a bubbly and sociable person, so I value a workplace where there’s some camaraderie alongside professional focus.
Cons
On the downside, I did experience some challenging interactions with certain colleagues, which at times felt isolating, though I don’t wish to single anyone out. I also noticed that occasionally employees are asked to work independently in departments before receiving sufficient training or guidance, which can make the role more difficult to manage
