Pros
Most everyone has worked at another gaming company prior to joining NEXON M, so the attitude towards game development/publishing is mature. People are not overtitled like in so many of the other gaming companies. The work environment is relaxed. Managers don't watch the clock or pester you after hours. When tight deadlines need to be met people come together to help each other. The biz dev guys are on fire. We're signing partnerships with awesome independent, talented development teams the world over. The pay is very market competitive.
Cons
It's a not a big deal, but it could be frustrating to some people, processes are not yet in place for a number of things. It's mainly because the company is so young, but like I said some people could be turned off by that.
