It can helps to boost your professional portfolio since they have a variety of events that you can get involved with. Good for people that just started to develop their careers or looking for their first internship.
Cons
Since is a medium size organization they count with a short number of people to help in the design department. From my experience, payment is low compare to the time the expect you to spend working on a project.
