Pros
A good industry for technicians. Steam boilers and hot water boliers have strict regulations and laws to follow. This makes it an intersting industry. Clients often use the equipment as auxilary equipment, a 24 hour service is required. Emergency calls and support nees to be given.
Cons
Often seen as 'cost" a lot of companies reduce the budget. In the company there was a lot of groups. People from headquarters tended to believe they were the only ones with knowledge.
