Pros

NEW Health's benefit package is truly one-of-a-kind and sets it apart from other organizations. It includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and even opportunities for professional development through programs like NEW Health University. Being a part of the NEW Health team has been incredibly rewarding for me. The support and guidance I have received from my colleagues and supervisors have helped me advance in my career. We have become more than just coworkers; we have become a close-knit family. One aspect that stands out to me is the opportunity for growth within the organization. NEW Health University offers hands-on training with experienced trainers, allowing individuals to pursue careers as Medical Assistants, Dental Assistants, or Pharmacy Technicians. This practical experience has been invaluable in shaping my skills and knowledge in my chosen field. I am grateful to be a part of NEW Health and appreciate the unique benefits and opportunities it provides. It is truly a place where both personal and professional growth are encouraged and supported.

Cons

No organization is perfect, but I can't think of any negatives at this time. However, it's important to note that every organization has its own set of challenges and areas for improvement. It's always beneficial for organizations to continually assess their strengths and weaknesses to strive for continuous improvement.
