Pros
Neverbland is a wonderful place to work. It's behaviours are driven by it's empathetic nature and consciousness, which has resulted in BCorp certification. It's a fast-faced environment, which gives employees access to a wide array of industry verticals, technology and design problems. It also gives employees exposure to businesses of all shapes and sizes. There is a constant stream of challenge and a desire to adapt to requirements meaning nothing ever stands still. There's a lot of learning involved. It's also got a wonderful working culture, with a true work-family feeling.
Cons
Neverbland is a reasonably small business, and naturally this comes with it's usual challenges of the potential for either plateau or rapid growth. Whilst it is a mature business in ages and experience / portfolio, it may sometimes lack the process maturity of a bigger company (not sure this a a con though).
