Pros
Many excellent products quite a wide array of capabilities in both the Enterprise and Telecom sectors.
Cons
Key con is that they do not leverage from the field expertise and as only key individuals make all the decisions at the inner circle in Westford head office they do not benefit from the customer knowledge that their solution consultants from around the world.
