      Can earn good money if you are ruthless and indifferent enough.

      Cons

      No any growth potential as you are un-supervised. Advice from management is not helpful or even useless as they do not have any practical recruitment experience. Only concern about the revenue and disregard the process or employee's other contributions.

      Very busy, always something to do.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Focus primarily on sales side, support side seen as less valuable. Bonus not even 10% of salary. No opportunity to negotiate bonus or salary. No opportunity to advance. Certain people favored.
