Pros

NES is a great company to work for. Management appreciate good work employee are doing. Company bonus paid twice a year. Profit sharing part of the package

Cons

You may not get to know more about other employees or management if you work offsite. Company does not offer 401k. Bonus and profit sharing takes the place of that.

Pros

The best company I had ever worked for. Company was dissolved through a merger in 2018 (ish?). Find the history of personnel with this company in their timeline and press the gas.

Cons

Too rare to find companies that go above and beyond like NES did.

Pros

There are some very good people working at NES that genuinely care about their customers and coworkers. It makes for a great working environment at first until the true colors begin to show.

Cons

No 401k matching but that is made up for with the promise of profit sharing through the Profits Interest Plan.... supposedly. I spent several years working with NES where I lived and breathed whatever it took to make the company more profitable and to better support the customer base. This was recognized for the first year but after that, things went downhill. Bonuses (profit sharing) went down dramatically for the average employee while certain managers and Directors continued to be highly compensated regardless of their contribution to the growth of the company. The company has grown and unfortunately, upper management has forgotten that it is the average Joe that made the company what it has become. Very sad to see the way things changed and I was not the first to leave or the last to leave because the true colors have finally come out. There is one Director within the company that has essentially been deemed untouchable and always gets their way. Well that is until the put the wrong employee on their program and then it is a lawsuit waiting to happen. You can't cuss and yell at employees without major repercussions.
