Pros

Everyone who is actually engaging in day to day operations is top notch and great to be around. Everyone supports each other and tries to help and teach you what you need to know. Lots of room to learn new things and develop your skills, both within your position as well as in tangentially related fields. Direct management are great and will do their best to get you the resources and help needed (but it doesn't always come due to upper tiers), and are always available to discuss anything.

Cons

Dozens of people across multiple teams complain extensively about everyone more than one tier above them in management. There is a complete disregard for the most important aspect of the business, the people. People are being called Senior engineers on calls with clients and vendors but are being paid under Junior rates, many are being worked to deal with 80+ hour weeks to meet insane agreements sales have made with clients, more still are being thrown under the bus constantly for things that "should have been known" but were never communicated to the people doing the work. If you want a work life balance you have to enforce it yourself, do not answer messages or calls out of hours, clock off after 8 hours, say no to the micromanagers that bypass process and procedure, and talk with your coworkers. Effectively no one sees themselves sticking around for much longer as the salary is pitiful, there are no raises, and everyone is overworked and stressed.

Pros

Stay in decent hotels. Per diem. People you work with are solid. Coordinators are good.

Cons

Communication from the fleet side of the business is uneven. Schedule can change multiple times per month. Overnight driving is common (not an issue for me.)
