Pros
Get to do some very interesting work and get to play a part in some truly impressive productions. Coworkers and managers are very helpful and understanding when things need to be changed or worked around and are generally there to support each other as well as get things done.
Cons
The scope and scale of the work can sometimes lead to difficult project management when its spread across multiple global departments but that is understandable given the challenge of asynchronous communication across timezones.
