      Pros

      Geophysicist with former ION seismic processing group, which was folded into NEOS. The old ION crew had been more or less together, and highly regarded by customers for over 20 years.

      Cons

      Management, through willful disregard for poor industry conditions, destroyed the aforementioned group in a year and a half. Multiple missed payrolls and vendor payments, with MONTHS between payments. Unbelievable delinquency.

      Pros

      Coworkers and middle managers are smart, hard working and team-oriented. I've enjoyed working with them

      Cons

      Meddling and inconsistent strategic decision making by the lead investor has created large challenges for the company over the past couple years. Unlikely to be hiring full time employees in the near future.

      Good projects at first. Original vision was sound, but company has been lurching from idea to idea since new investor and chairman came on board

      Cons

      Techology not really unique. No visible business plan. Customers don't return. No R&D or employee training. Company missing payroll and not paying vendors. Too many offices and scattered teams lead to poor communication. Board and sr management seem shady
