If you are outsider, journalists, investors, someone curious about NEOM, please note that this company is dying and losing money and no budget. The bad culture is rottening deep inside, the local Saudi are treating expats with no empathy. When they terminate you, the local HR will make sure you don't get the saving plan as promised and won't get decent severance fee as you should. Moreover, they are violating the Saudi Labour Law, because they won't give you one month notice period and they won't give you final settlement within 5 days according to the LAW, you will only get to know the settlement details 2 months later after you final exit the country. Such unlawful behaviour and they are still not being caught. Oh, and they forced you to sign NDA which is valid for the rest of your life.
