      None, which is why I'm leaving

      Cons

      Poor management. The one that runs the floor is very insecure, bullies and is very power-trippy. Management allows inappropriate and toxic behavior, and is very dysfunctional. Management doesn't do their job and doesn't listen to employees.

      Good pay, a ton of overtime, perfect schedule, and they actually train you.

      Not enough tools for each department.

      Immense micromanagement from managers which trickles (rushes) down to the production people on the floor.
