Pros
The company offers a great dynamic environment. Very friendly, agile and constructive. Everyone interacts well and really pushes to get along with each other.
Cons
There is very little downside to working here. The only con is that it is small and remains in the growth phase. It looks to be getting its footing, but obviously it comes with risk.
