Great place for team players - Import Coordinator NEDRAC Employee Review

I finally feel like I belong to a company that truly value their employees opinion.

This is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. Even using the word company sounds too impersonal, Nedrac feels more like a family that actually cares about employees and shows this through actions, not only words. True leadership is tested in times of hardship and the leadership at Nedrac is compassionate and strong especially during these uncertain times. The employees at Nedrac are friendly, inclusive, and helpful. I feel proud to work with genuinely good people and I hope to continue working here for the rest of my career. (I would like to note that this is not a forced review ordered by HR, which has been the case at previous jobs - i mean every word)
