      Its a great experience working at NEC. Having a great Work-Life balance. In the Team I am surrounded with spportive team-mates. NEC provides a strong learning environment and real-world project exposure as well. The management encouraged ownership of work. There are many opportunities to enhance technical skills. Overall it is a positive and growth-oriented experience with NEC.

      good teams to work with . lots of technical projects and good support from management . small team size and good work/life balance

      Cons

      micro mangement by team bosses. too many prod call and small team size . less holidays and less pay compared to other companies with same position.
