Since the arrival of new ceo Mel smith and her cronies, company culture was shattered overnight. Staff are been disposed of daily. The new people officer refers to staff as people waste and has been bought in to dismiss as many employees as possible. Once a wonderful, people-focused thriving events business - the best in class - is now nothing but a shell of what it was. Please think long and hard about working here.
