Met good people works quietly (and they are the one usually being misunderstood) Wednesday is fruit day Free coffee (with a different taste) from a vending machine

You need to be liked by everyone for you to go up. Some manager and subordinates on some project was not professional enough to handle people of different personality. No quarterly budget for the team(or maybe the boss just isolated one person) No active clubs and community wall to see updates like new projects and careers Scarcity of laptops Unprepared to handle projects You can voice out and share your thoughts but its either it ends up in the trash or you end up resigning (such a waste of dedicated people)
