Horrible experience - Smts NEC Corporation Employee Review

They destroy career of employees. They don't have good work. Mostly project are maintenance kind. your first year may go smoothly and if u r not upgrading ur knowledge by self, now they start torturing u and they even not care ur experience level and they don't treat engineers as engineers. Work culture is worst. Promote late night stay (even people awarded for this) Management is worst Mostly managers are those who joined company as fresher and received immature promotions. They are not good at technical side as well as management. No personal life after join this company.
