Cons
1. Lot of politics, favoratism and promotion by relationship. 2.Work on image base. 3. No training and development no competancy development and at exp level you feel there is nothing to learn for technical passionate. 4. Not specialized in any skills.If you are java development you can be moved to support project,.net project and testing forcefully.If you want to move on technical specialist side . it is difficult to work there 5.Company want employee which can work 70 hours in week, prefer mostly fresher's and lead takes work from fresher's. it finally create pressure based system. 6.senior management doesn't listen of employee. you feel cheated and brainwashed if you talk with seniors. 7.company doesn't have it's own market value and NEC main subsidiary decide what work should be be given to NEC tech. 8. want employee who are flexible to work in any tech,testing. 9.Overburdun due to bad processes. 10. onside on image base. 11. Very less development project in company.
