Pros

Most management are friendly and extremely helpful. Can rotate/swap shifts easily. With enough overtime you can build up a decent wage.

Cons

Only way to build up a decent wage is to constantly work 12 hour night shifts for the added bonuses. Staff are absolutely shocking. NOT the people you want to answering emergency calls. Rude, unfriendly & actually offensive. 4 weeks training is not enough. Young people so out of their depth.
