Pros
1. System, SOP, Procedure all in place which make me feel quite organize even thought the company work like start-up culture. 2. Colleague is friendly and helpful 3. Stability and business seem keep expanding 4. Superior is quite supportive. Learning and career growth opportunity is there.
Cons
1. Quite busy during peak period but i feel still manageable as long as not always at peak period. (based on project requirement)
