Pros
In general there are good people working at NDrive, but the company environment does not allow them to get out of their shell. No extra hours are needed.
Cons
Company with great history, but it seems they are a bit lost and with a huge lack of vision. They weren´t able to adapt to the new IT companies environment. Management is against remote work and they are always trying to control everything. Salaries are low when compared with other companies
