You can't succeed without proper training, just because you have experience doesn't mean you don't need training, every company has different expectations! They don't make those clear until they decide to let you go! Then try to make you feel like it's your fault because you didn't get it right away! Would be a great place to work with proper training! And maybe an on site boss! Not halfway across the country!
