      Nothing good to say. Highly reccommend not working in this company.

      Toxic, inmature work enviroment. Owners have no clue. Turn over is extremely high but they still think they are great. The owners and the senior managment don't care about you. Everything starts from the top

      There's great opportunity for internal promotions, great commission and overall the best work environment I've ever had!

      I wish we had more PTO and the insurance wasn't super expensive 🥹

      Money is good 20% grat on checks

      Cons

      Worked at Margaritaville. Management was good until they fired Davidson as their management company in April 2025. NDM hired unqualified managers with no training program and continue to use harassment and bullying with a "if you are not with me you are against me" mentality. That won't last long in this business. Seems like they will fire you over nothing. Waste of my time and efforts.
