      Great people, management are easy to talk to. They definitely promote and hire from within. Good starter job for vets or first time govt employees

      Pros

      Nice people, small business so you’re known by most in upper leadership

      Cons

      Lack of upward mobility. Only ~250-300 employees total, so you’ll be stuck at your same position for a while, unfortunately. Best bet is to leave after a few years, gain more experience elsewhere, and return some time later
