Pros

Ideology around solution is solid. Providing desktops to those that otherwise may not have them.

Cons

Company is mismanaged and very slow to make positive improvements or changes to product. Company is SEVERELY understaffed because of funding issues. Product is not in a position for improvement because of this issue. Company is on the verge of bankruptcy and has to find investment or a buyer ASAP.

Pros

Personal growth, selfless leaders in the office I worked, good work life balance, great compensation compared to entry level jobs in the area. Management really wanted their employees to grow and would meet with you to discuss personal growth at any time.

Cons

Company would sometimes try to market itself in ways which were not displaying a consistent vision. Made it difficult at times. Sometimes quotas were given that were unrealistic.
