Pros

The company does work on very big programs. If you are into gaming its a great place to be. The owners are very loyal and kind people but sometimes that's not to their advantage. If you are just starting out in the experiential marketing world it's a good place to gain experience.

Cons

This company is full of inexperienced managers who have only ever worked at one place. It's run on emotion and not professionalism. If you are a seasoned pro you will feel undervalued, demoralized, micro-managed, and condescended to in the worst passive aggressive way.

Pros

-There are some really amazing people not in upper management that deserve so much better than what NCompass is

Cons

-Unreliable payment practices, including delayed or missed payments to vendors and employees. -Poor management of client expectations, leading to dissatisfaction and potential loss of business. -A privileged and disconnected management team that lacks understanding of the challenges faced by employees in the field. -Unnecessary spending on upper management travel while neglecting vendor payments. -Illegal classification of workers as "temporary employees" to avoid providing benefits and profit from markups. -An environment of fear and intimidation, preventing employees from speaking up about issues. -An ineffective Human Resources department that prioritizes appeasing management over ensuring employee well-being. -Inadequate support for the production department, leaving producers overwhelmed with multiple roles and responsibilities. -Nonexistent accounting department, characterized by unresponsive staff.
