Pros

It was okay in starting

Cons

This is, without question, the most toxic company I've ever worked for. Employees can be terminated without any prior communication or warning. One moment you're working, the next your laptop access is revoked and you're effectively locked out without explanation. The leadership and senior management are among the worst I've experienced. Policies, rules, and even basic terms and conditions change overnight whenever it suits them, and commitments made to employees are rarely honored. They even changed office timings and the office address with little regard for the impact on employees. There is a complete lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for the workforce. If you're considering joining this company, think twice. Expect uncertainty, poor management, broken promises, and a work culture built on fear rather than trust.

Pros

Smart people and some teams could work from home.

Cons

The work environment was among the most toxic I’ve experienced. Senior leadership fostered a culture of manipulation, where competent employees were often let go or undermined. There was no clear or constructive feedback; just gossip, cold shoulders, and a lack of professionalism. Employees were frequently expected to take on responsibilities far outside their roles. Compensation was below industry standards. Time off was strictly accrued and docked from paychecks. Support for parental or medical leave felt performative, and resentment from management was evident. Micromanagement was common, often coming from individuals who lacked an understanding of the tools or tasks they were overseeing. Disrespectful communication; especially toward women internally and externally.
