Real lack of direction from senior management on most projects. Huge amount of time and money wasted due to this lack of direction. Far too many in management who were clueless. Total lack of communication. Quality standards were very low. Talented staff under-utilised. While the rest of the country was furloughed, staff were laid off - says it all. Jobs for the boys.
