      Some people there are good. They just don’t know it can be better somewhere else.

      Cons

      You’re safe if you’re family or friend of the owners. Serious nepotism and gender discrimination. The owner micromanages every piece of the business. Employees are not empowered.

      The people and culture were great during my time there and management would genuinely look out for you when needed. Lots of opportunities for growth and experience for those that are capable.

      Pay is lower than many competitors, 401k benefits
